Tele-centre is an established third party call centre providing outsourced services. We are expanding our operations and currently looking for aspiring individuals to join us. If you are people-oriented with a great passion for customer service, we look forward to have you on board. Currently we are looking for qualified personnel to fill the following positions:

Technical Assistant

Responsibilities:

• You will be assisting network users in the office and at specific client locations.
• Your scope of work covers from the management of desktop, mobile personal computers and network peripherals (printers, scanners etc) to troubleshooting of network connectivity and software issues.
• involve in daily network operations such as configuration, troubleshooting & maintenance
• Handling of ticket requests / incidents by customers within the required SLA
• Provides and maintains high service level quality to customers
• Occasional on site network engineer support
• Fair experience in routers, switches and firewalls
• Involve in projects on ad-hoc basis

Requirements:

• IT-related Diploma or equivalent/professional qualification in Information Technology.
• 1 - 2 year’s experiences or fresh graduates.
• Good knowledge in personal computer troubleshooting.
• Good knowledge in Microsoft technologies, specifically:
• Microsoft 2000/XP Operating Systems
• Microsoft Office Suite
• Microsoft Internet Explorer
• Basic knowledge in networking technologies.
• Knowledge in Networking will be an advantage.
• Good analytical and problem solving skills.
• Good interpersonal & communication skills.
• Self-motivated and willingness to learn.
• Willingness to travel around(within Singapore).
• Ability to work independently.
• Working Location: CBD, West area & other designated locations
• 5 days week (8.30am to 6pm) with 24/7 support on-demand
• Transport reimbursements will be provided for onsite support.
