Manager, Plant Operations Batam

Your Responsibilities:
- Be responsible to manage and ensure the smooth and efficient operations of the DAP Batam factory
- Ensure production team meets production targets and KPI
- Ensure efficient management of the logistics and store activities
- Ensure the functionality of the operations structure and the system promotes continuous improvement.
- Plan and Control the annual operating budget and expenditure of the factory.
- Motivate, coach and supervise the career development of employees.
- Actively work with supporting departments.
- Participate in new project development to ensure good production and smooth start up.
Your Profile:
Pre-requisites :
- Degree or higher in Engineering or Production Management
- 5-8 years relevant experience in a production environment of which 2-4 years in a managerial / supervisory capacity
- Have strong leadership and people engagement skills
- Takes initiative and is able to work independently
- Possess a dynamic personality with energetic resourcefulness
- Possess a strong drive and aspiration for success
- Able to thrive in a fast paced & highly pressurize work environment
- Be willing to seconded/ stationed to Batam for work for a minimum of 2 years
- Incentives/Traveling allowance/ Accommodation will be given while in Batam
