History: this company began its operations in June 1981 provides integrated one-stop service including mould design, mould fabrication, injection moulding, secondary processes and sub-assembly. The Company has grown into an organization with operations in Singapore, Batam (Indonesia) and the Peoples Republic of China (�PRC�) and specializes in design and fabrication of high precision steel moulds and the manufacturing of high quality engineering plastic components.
1. Spray Supervisor (Batam)
- Min NTC or Diploma in relevant discipline
- Min 3 years experience in plastic manuafcturing environment
- Customer focus attitude and willingness to work under close contact with customer
- To be based in Batam
2. Process Engineer (Batam/Suzhou)
Job description:
- Monitor process performance indices on qualified processes and establish good controls to maintain process performance.
- Oversee and ensure that all critical nodes for quality indices are met.
- Improve on qualified processes using quality improvement tools.
- Troubleshoot out-of-control situations and decide on the lot disposition in an out-of-spec situation.
- Troubleshoot process issues, establish Control Action System, specifications for procedures to be followed and work with other departments to create new recipes.
- Improve qualified process using SPC and other statistical tools.
- Work with both internal and external customers to improve yield and quality.
- Ensure productivity improvement through process changes, document, as well as implement process capability and work with equipment Engineers to maximize productivity of the equipment.
Min requirements:
- Min ITC,Diploma,Degree in Microelectronics / Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering
- Min 3 years experience in plastic componet, tooling manufacturing company
- Able to communicate in Chinese or Bahasa Indonesia
