Armstrong Industrial Corporation Ltd is a leading precision engineering company, with regional operations serving diverse customers in Automotive, Electronics, Office Automation and Communication sector, and invites suitable candidates for the position of:

PROJECT ENGINEER/ MANAGER

Responsibilities:

• To provide leadership role in the transfer of process technologies in setting up new overseas plant.
• Interface with engineering, materials control, planning, regulatory, quality, sales & marketing and manufacturing in setting and achieving common project goals.
• Directs and coordinates activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget.
• Identifies and schedules project deliverables, milestones, and required tasks.
• Generate and manage project documentation according to prescribed policies and guidelines
• Conduct cross functional team meetings in conjunction with assigned projects
• Provide detailed project plans and updates as required. Manage projects to meet agreed upon timelines
• Provide technical support as and when required.

Requirements:

• Degree/ Diploma in Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering
• Experience in Rubber & Plastic molding is preferred.
• Min. 3 years' experience in project management.
• Hands-on manager that has the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communications, organization and client management skills.
• Able to multi-task and handle numerous projects simultaneously.
• Good written, communication and interpersonal skills.
