Human Resource Staff (HRS)
Responsibilities:
- Perform the HR operations (handle personnel administration: absence, leaves, insurance, jamsostek, tax, payroll)
- Maintain employee database
- Control the office inventories
- Recruitment, orientation and training for new employee

Requirements:
- Female, max 30 yrears old
- Min High school or diploma degree
- Min 2 years experience on the same field
- Familiar with payroll system
- Good proficiency in English
- Having knowledge in contract, labor law and rights
- Excellence administrative skills and communication
- Familiar with Microsoft Office application
- Good persoality
- Able to work in team and work under pressure
