PT. PerkinElmer Batam currently seeking for qualified personnel to fill the following positions: Human Resource Manager and Human Resource Officer


1. HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER (HRM)

Jobs & Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement Compensation & Benefit tools to manage all employee benefits.
• Conceptualize and implement strategic HR and Training Development programs aligned with Corporate and company business strategies.
• Create and drive manpower, communication and staff welfare activities
• Drive Employee Communication for better management and employee relationships.
• Develop and implement Employee Career Progression for employees’ career development.
• Formulate and implement HR Policies to motivate and encourage employees for better work performance.
• Develop and implement staff welfare programs to improve work-life balance.

Requirements:
• Degree in Human Resources, Management or other related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years’ relevant experience in manufacturing company.
• Good understanding of key business drivers.
• Able to develop new HR initiatives to drive business performance.
• Possess initiatives to drive HR activities.


2. HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICER (HRO)

Jobs & Responsibilities:
• Administer training activities to improve technical and general management skills in the company.
• Liaison with tertiary institutions and department on industrial attachment program.
• Attend employee relations matters and advise line personnel on policies and practices.
• Conduct orientation for new hires to familiarize them with company’s policy and business processes.
• Administer performance appraisal system to manage employees’ work performance.
• Develop and implement creative Compensation and Benefits plans to reward and retain talents in the organization.
• Develop and drive good communication activities to foster teamwork.

Requirements:
• Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or other related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years experience in manufacturing field.
• Possess good working knowledge in Microsoft Office.
• Be a team player and customer oriented.
