PT. TANAMAS DUTA NIAGA is developer company for Costa Rica Residence in Batam Island, currently looking for candidates to fill up the following positions:

1. SITE ENGINEER / FOREMAN
- Aged 24 - 40 years old
- Min. qualification D3 or STM in Civil Engineering
- Min. 3 years experiences in residential housing development

2. SITE MANAGER
- Aged 28 - 40 years old
- Min. qualification S1 in Civil Engineering/Equivalent
- Min. 3 years experience in planning & development of residential projects
- Familiar with AutoCAD, SAP/Etabs/Other Engineering Programs
- Able to implement construction management & manage groups of people to meet deadline, and can work well under pressure

3. ACCOUNTANT
- Aged 24 - 35 years old
- Min. qualification S1 in Accounting/Equivalent
- Min. 3 years experience in keeping full set report
- Experienced in Indonesia's tax application
- Familiar with MYOB software (preferred)

4. DRIVER
- Min.qualifications SLTA/Equivalent
- Good interpersonal & communication skill
