PT. Panasonic Shikoku Electronics Batam is seeking candidates with general requirement who have excellent work attitude and strong interpersonal skill, efficient and self motivated person, strong character and hardworking person, prominent English both oral and written, computer literate (MS office) to fill the following positions:

1. Shift Process Engineer (SPE)
• S1 or D3 in Electronic or Mechanical Engineering
• Max 28 years old
• Min 2 years experience in manufacturing company
• Preferable knowledge in Optical physic and understand optical pickup head technology
• Understand basic statistic and able to practice SPC system for process performance monitoring
• Understand PDCA concepts and practice analysis of defect for yield management

2. Manufacturing Senior Supervisor (MSS)
• S1 or D3 in Electronic or Mechanical Engineering
• Max 35 years old
• Min 3 years experience in manufacturing company
• Able to supervise the team to meet production output target
• Understand MOST study and able to practice for production improvement
• Understand material flow and load time to control an optimum WIP and total inventory in production line
