Jobs vacancy position: PROCESS ENGINEER III and I, IT TECHNICAL SPECIALIST


1. PROCESS ENGINEER III (PE III)
Jobs & responsibilities
• To handle the process performance metrics such as PQP saving, Scrap, Yield and Cpk at one area.
• To review the effectiveness of present process control in order to have better process capability.
• Supervise some engineers to deliver and give support on each assigned PQP projects.
• To work with QA in improving the product ppm level.
• Manage groups of PO and engineers team to fully comply with the requirements of routine process engineering activities.
• Coordinate with production, Maintenance, QA and other sections for outstanding concerns related to process activities.

Requirements:
• Degree in Electronics GPA> 2.5 with 3-5 years experience in manufacturing.
• Experienced on: PLC, Microprocessor-Controller, Hi Vacuum Rotary Equipment, CVD are preferred.
• Good knowledge and skills in electronic and pneumatic troubleshooting.
• Hands-on in Statistical tool for manufacturing (SPC, DOE, Ho test, regression, FMEA, etc) and its implementation.
• Able to communicate and interact effectively


PROCESS ENGINEER I (PE I)
Jobs & Responsibilities
• To execute the process capability improvement program.
• To control, monitor the process performance metrics such as Cpk, SPC, Yield and Scrap at respective processes.
• Supervise of 3 shift Process Operator in assisting the production day to day run.
• To conduct assigned PQP projects in order to fulfill the department objective on continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work together with production, IE to support productivity improvements.
• Work together with NPI team and production team to support new product introductions.

Requirement
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Physics engineering or Mechatronics Engineering, GPA> 2.5 Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Experience on: Pressing process, PLC, Microprocessor-Controller, Hi Vacuum Rotary Equipment would be an advantage.
• Familiar with Finite Elements, CAD are preferred.
• Good knowledge and skills mechanical design for troubleshooting.
• Leading a section of some technicians
• Able to communicate and interact effectively

IT TECHNICAL SPECIALIST (IT)
Jobs & Responsibilities
• First Level Application Support for All Deployed Application in Batam
• Maintaining PerkinElmer Application Legacy Homegrown Application/ Intranet / Extranet / Portal
• Plans for regular Web Development and updates of Web Pages to maintain timeliness of data.
• Work closely with end users to deliver improvements to current Web system, application specific training and first-line support
• Work very closely with application development team in Singapore to collect requirement data for new application development, proper escalation of unresolved technical issues and documentation of support activities.

Requirement
• Good Knowledge with Application Development Life Cycle (Preferably knowledge in ASP.NET, VB.NET /C#) 2003/2005
• Good database knowledge in SQL Server Database design and SQL Query syntax
• Knowledge and experience with installing, configuring, maintaining, tuning, analyzing and optimizing websites in the Windows Server environment
• Diploma / Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or similar qualification
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of Technical Support experience in Web Application development preferably in Homegrown applications/ packaged application support / Intranet/Internet/Extranet

• Six-Sigma trained or certified will be preferred.
• English active both oral and written is a must.
• Computer software operation literacy
• Self-motivation and ability to work independently.
• Good leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
