A Contract Manufacturer located in Batam, seeking a qualified and dynamic individual to join us as for the following position:

1. Industrial Engineer/Process Engineer
• Degree in Electrical/Industrial/Electrical engineering
• Develops metrics to measure equipment and factory capacity and output and to identify equipment and process flow bottlenecks and thus to drive the efficient utilization of manpower, equipment and machines to maximize organizational output.
• Having 2-3 years experience in assembly of electronic, manufacturing shop floor system, failure analysis
• Familiar with NPI, ECN and implementation
• Must able to work individually as well as in the team
• English is a must

2. Process technician
• Minimum Diploma in electronic, electrical engineering
• Minimum 1 year experience in the electronic manufacturing company
• Familiar with manual assembly as well as final assembly
• Able to work in low supervision

3. QA Engineer
• Diploma in Technical Degree from reputable university
• Having 2 years experience in the same field
• Good understanding and implementation of SPC, ISO 9001
• Knowledge of Six Sigma is an advantage
• Fluent in English both oral and written

4. Female Leader
• Senior High School
• Having 2 years experience in the same field
• Good understanding of PCB
