1. PROJECT PLANNER (x4)
Preferred Competencies :• Relevant certification
• 5 years working on projects focusing on project scheduling
• Logic, analysis, presentation and use of appropriate scheduling software
2.ASSISTANT PROJECT PLANNER (x6)
Preferred Competencies :• Relevant certification/training and a background in a marine engineering environment
• 2 years working on projects focusing on planning and quantity surveying
• Command of English language, numerate, use of spreadsheet software and consistent and reliable keeping
3. PROJECT LIBRARIAN (x2)Preferred Competencies :• Relevant training in data and record keeping and a background in a marine engineering environment
• 3 years working on projects focusing data handling and storage
• Consistency and accuracy, personal discipline and ability to work with diverse project team members
4. PROJECT DOCUMENT CLERKS (x4)5. PROJECT PROCUREMENT CLERKS (x2)6. PROJECT COST ADMINISTRATOR (x2)7. ADMIN ASST. & ACCOUNTS ASST. (x6)Preferred Competencies :• Female
• Minimum Senior High School or Economic Senior High School
• Able to communicate in Mandarin will be advantage
• Able to write & communicate in English

8. PROJECT PROCUREMENT MANAGER (x2)Preferred Competencies :• Relevant certification and/or membership in a relevant association and experience in a marine engineering environment
• 4 years working within a project team focusingon on project procurement or project contracts
• Good command of English (especially legalistic), numerate, analysis and use of spreadsheet software
9. PROJECT PROCUREMENT OFFICER (x2)Preferred Competencies :• Relevant training in Project Management
• 2 years working within a project team focusing on project procurement or within contracts
• Good command of English (especially legalistic), numerate, analysis and use of spreadsheet software
10. PROJECT PROCUREMENT ADMINISTRATOR (x2)Preferred Competencies :• Relevant experience in project management within a marine engineering environment
• 3 years working on projects where contracts and change order processing were involved
• Command of English, numerate, use of spreadsheet software and consistent and reliable record keeping
11. PROJECT PROCUREMENT PLANNER (x2)Preferred Competencies :• Relevant training in Project Management
• 2 years working within a project team focusing on project procurement or within contracts
• Good command of English (especially legalistic), numerate, analysis and use of spreadsheet software
12. PROJECT MATERIAL ENGINEER (x4)Preferred Competencies :• Relevant certification/training and experience in a marine engineering environment
• 2 years working on projects focusing on material and equipment processing
• Command of English language, numerate, use of spreadsheet software and consisten and reliable recording record keeping
13. PROJECT COST MANAGER (x2)Preferred Competencies :• Relevant training and/or certification inProject Management with an emphasis on project cost estimating
• 5 years working within a project team
• Command of English, numerate, research, clearical accounting, presentation, analysis and use of spreadsheet software
14. ESTIMATING OFFICER (x2)Preferred Competencies :• A professional designation in a marine or engineering related field, sea going experience
• 5 years in a relevant project management environment
• Assertive, courteous personality with good organisational and negotiation skills
• Good command of English
