1. Supervisor - Production (SP)
Responsible for manpower control, productivity, and impovement activity

2. Supervisor - Production Engineering (SPE)
Responsible for supervising PE - Maintenance team
- Male
- Min D3 in Electronic/Electrical/Mechanical engineering

- Fluent in English
- Min 5 years experience on the smae field

3. Supervisor - EHS (SEHS)
Responsible for supervise EHS section (scrap and hazardous waste control, UKL-UPL, ISO 14001 implementation, accident report, safety rules review and updating, sfety equipment control
- Male
- Min S1 in Engineering (Enviromental engineering is preferable)
- Strong Leadership
- Fluent in English
- Familiar with ISO 14001 and Indonesia regulation related to enviromental
- AK3 are preferable

4. Production Assistant - Production (PA)
Responsible for manpower control and productivity
- Male/Female
- Min D3/S1 in Electronic/Electrical/Mechanical/Industrial engineering
- Experience in production control, though fresh graduates are welcome

5. Production Assistant - Production Engineering (PE)
Responsible for handling machine setup, troubleshoot, repair, and improvement activities
- Male
- D3/S1 mechanical engineering
- Proficient in AutoCAD and machinery troubleshooting

6. Production Assistant - Planner (PL)
Responsible for arrange schedule production
- Female
- D3/S1 Industrial or Electronic engineering
- Min 1 year exerience on the same field

7. Production Assistant - Purchaser (PR)
Responsible for purchasing activities
- Male/Female
- D3/S1 any discipline
- Mandarin speaking ability
- Min 1 year experience as purchaser

8. Trainer (TR)
Responsible for supervise, implement, and improve factory training system
- D3/S1 engineering
- Strong leadership
- Fluent in English
- Min 3 years experience in manufacturing field

9. Secretary to Director (SCR)
Responsible for prepare and manage report, meeting, and conferences. Take, type and distribute minutes of meeting. Maintain schedule and calendars. Translate document (Japanes - English)
- Female
- S1 Linguistic/language in Japanese
- Good communication in English and Japanese (JLPT level 2)

10. Programmer (IT)
Responsible foor system development and implementation for business process improvemoent.
- Male/Female
- Min D3 IT
- Min 1 year experience with manufacturing ERP system

1. BUYER

Responsibilities:

• Plan & manage material supply per MRP, achieve stipulated inventory goals set by the management, purchase electronic & mechanical components, manage customer/plant's liability and excess inventory per commodity.
• Manage materials and prevent production line down, maintain purchasing parameters; L/T cancellation window and rescheduling window, ensure timely management on disposition of MRB materials, manage supplier relationship.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma 3 with 2 years experience in the same position.
• Good knowledge of electronic components.

2. SUPPLY CHAIN PLANNER

Responsibilities:

• Ensure continues optimum supply of materials to manufacturing operations to meet loading plan/schedule.
• Provide information to PA, Scheduler and Operations the material clear to Built (CTB) status for projects assigned.
• Liaise closely with buyers/planners and Singapore SCPs to expedite materials to form full kit for production.
• Understanding the impact of Engineering Change Notice to the materials requirements.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma 3 with 2 years experience in the same position.
• Those without the qualification but good experiences in electronics Industry MRP system will be considered.
• Good with numbers, interpersonal and communication skills.

3. ASST. SCHEDULER

Responsibilities:

• Plan, load and monitor production and delivery schedules in meeting sales targets.
• Coordinate with varios departments to execute the production schedules and production cycles, Monitor and manage work order, WIP, ECN.
• To conduct schedule meeting and review work order status.
• Degree/Diploma with minimum 2 years experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Good knowledge of PCBA manufacturing processes & proficient in excel.

4. PROGRAM ADMINISTRATOR

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma, preferably with 1-2 years experience in similar experience. those without same experience but with experiences (such as production, planning, materials planning and purchasing) in electronics manufacturing industry will also be considered.
• Result orientated, strong analytical and leadership skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skill.
• Proficient English & Bahasa Indonesia
• Focal person and interface to internal and external customers.
• Able to ensure internal and external customers' needs are met consistently.
• Able to lead Customer Focus Team for account/projects assigned.
• Able to liaise, plan, coordinates and follow-up with internal functional departments, CFT members & customers on loading schedule, delivery, materials support, NPI, engineering Change (EC), quality performances, costs.

5. PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

Requirements:

• Able to manage, lead and motivate a team of production operators to achieve production schedule and quality outputs
• Perform Line balancing and work lay out to ensure work done effectively and efficiency
• Assign to certain project to follow up on the product changes, quality performance
• Degree with 3 years relevant supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
• Must be prepared to perform 3 shift
