• Experience in managing of manufacturing / industrial engineering / machining / welding operations; tackling in - house operations problems and introduction of new method study, for improvement on efficiency of existing work method and to meet production throughput.
• Has good leadership, target oriented, high pressure, fast learning and hand on person
• Understand in ISO, API, HSE and Six Sigma is more advantage
