1. BUYER

Responsibilities:

• Manage materials and prevent production line down, maintain purchasing parameters; L/T cancellation window and rescheduling window, ensure timely management on disposition of MRB materials, manage supplier relationship.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma 3 with 2 years experience in the same position.
• Good knowledge of electronic components.

2. SUPPLY CHAIN PLANNER

Responsibilities:

• Ensure continues optimum supply of materials to manufacturing operations to meet loading plan/schedule.
• Provide information to PA, Scheduler and Operations the material clear to Built (CTB) status for projects assigned.
• Liaise closely with buyers/planners and Singapore SCPs to expedite materials to form full kit for production.
• Understanding the impact of Engineering Change Notice to the materials requirements.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma 3 with 2 years experience in the same position.
• Those without the qualification but good experiences in electronics Industry MRP system will be considered.
• Good with numbers, interpersonal and communication skills.

3. ASST. SCHEDULER

Responsibilities:

• Plan, load and monitor production and delivery schedules in meeting sales targets.
• Coordinate with varios departments to execute the production schedules and production cycles, Monitor and manage work order, WIP, ECN.
• To conduct schedule meeting and review work order status.
• Degree/Diploma with minimum 2 years experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Good knowledge of PCBA manufacturing processes & proficient in excel.

4. PROGRAM ADMINISTRATOR

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma, preferably with 1-2 years experience in similar experience. those without same experience but with experiences (such as production, planning, materials planning and purchasing) in electronics manufacturing industry will also be considered.
• Result orientated, strong analytical and leadership skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skill.
• Proficient English & Bahasa Indonesia
• Focal person and interface to internal and external customers.
• Able to ensure internal and external customers' needs are met consistently.
• Able to lead Customer Focus Team for account/projects assigned.
• Able to liaise, plan, coordinates and follow-up with internal functional departments, CFT members & customers on loading schedule, delivery, materials support, NPI, engineering Change (EC), quality performances, costs.

5. PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

Requirements:

• Able to manage, lead and motivate a team of production operators to achieve production schedule and quality outputs
• Perform Line balancing and work lay out to ensure work done effectively and efficiency
• Assign to certain project to follow up on the product changes, quality performance
• Degree with 3 years relevant supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
• Must be prepared to perform 3 shift
