NEPES Pte. Ltd is a growing global leading company in the Flip Chip Bumping Packing business, dedicated to providing services to link wafer foundries and backend packaging companies in Singapore.

We would like to invite suitable applicants for the following positions:
1. Associate Engineer (Process)
2. Senior Engineer (Process)


1. Associate Engineer (Process)

Responsibilities:

  • To maintain and support day to day manufacturing activities
  • Support small improvement projects assigned by Process Engineer
  • Act as communication channels to transmit all messages/information (in particular process change related) to production floor
  • Immediate response to analyze products with problem
  • Cross support with line supervisor to clear real time bottleneck that impact cycle time and quality
  • Cross support with line Associate Engineer to clear equipment down times
  • Any ad hoc assignment by engineers

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Engineering preferably in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Microelectronics/Physics/Material Engineering
  • Higher NITEC/NITEC holders with relevant experience will be considered
  • Some years of experience in semiconductor process engineering preferably in Wafer Level Packaging industry with experiences in Sputter/Photo/ElectroPlating/Reflow/Ball Drop processes
  • Fresh diploma holders are welcome to apply
  • Ability to perform rotating 12-hours shift

2. Senior Engineer (Process)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage development and process transfer of advanced technologies from R&D to manufacturing
  • Set-up SPC for developed processes
  • Install equipment and set-up process specifications
  • Perform and characterize process and equipment system to maintain and control process parameters
  • Troubleshoot process deviation and equipment malfunctions to improve process quality and productivity
  • Lead team to implement projects, and improve process capabilities and reliability
  • Sustain manufacturing yield and quality

Requirements:

  • Degree in Material Science or Electrical & Electronic/Chemical Engineering
  • Some years of working experience in the semiconductor industry preferably in the field of photolithography, wets etching or plating process
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

1. Instrumentation and Electrical Maintenance Engineers

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and lead a team of Technicians/Contractors to troubleshoot, maintain and repair facilities in petroleum/petrochemical facilities
  • Maintain electrical facilities and process control instrument/systems

Requirements:
  • A good Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering from a recognized university
  • At least 5 years of relevant working experience in the petrochemical/chemical plant/refinery or a similar industry
  • Ability to lead a team to oversee the implementation of preventive maintenance and repair/restoration, as well as take part in engineering studies/troubleshooting of plant equipment issues
  • Good technical/working knowledge of high and low voltage electrical power distribution systems, electrical facilities, process instrumentation and control systems in the petrochemical industry
  • Team players with good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills

2. Instrumentation and Electrical Technicians

Responsibilities:

  • Work as a member of the Instrumentation and Electrical Maintenance team to perform preventive and breakdown maintenance on all related equipment in a timely and cost-effective manner
  • Participate in reliability programs to improve the availability of all process instrumentation and electrical facilities

Requirements:

  • A good Diploma/ITE Certificate in Instrumental/Electrical Engineering
  • At least 5 years of experience in maintenance and repair of process instrumentation and electrical facilities. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Willingness to work on rotating shifts during shutdown and start-up activities
  • Possession of an electrical worker licence is advantageous
  • Computer literacy is an added advantage
  • Team players with strong communication skills

3. Analyzer Technicians

Responsibilities:

  • Work as a member of the chemical plant/refinery’s Maintenance team to commission, maintain and operate process analyzers
  • Provide timely status of all equipment at analyzer shelters and perform preventive and breakdown maintenance on all equipment in a timely and cost-effective manner
  • Write calibration and maintenance procedures and provide input for continuous improvement of process analyzers

Requirements:

  • A good Diploma/ITE in Instrumental/Electrical Engineering, Chemical Process Technology
  • At least 5 years of experience in maintenance and repair of process analyzers in petrochemical plants. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Must be prepared to work on rotating shifts during shutdown and start-up activities
  • Computer literacy is advantageous
  • Team players with strong communication skills
